Bush can't find dishonest Iraqi politicians

While reading this story it came to me that Bush, who didn't really win his first election, cannot find the same dishonest politicians and cronies in Iraq that he has come to count on here in the US. That or the fever dream that woke me up has me thinking crazy thoughts. Nah - it is all Bush.
See it is not to late for the government in Iraq to respond by walking away, or trying to come up with ideas for a nation for the good of the nation and slam the door on the US as far as politics go. They know what they are dealing with over there, Bush can't get a hold on anything here, much less in Iraq.
When democracy works there is turmoil, fighting, riots and other methods against the government. The Iraqi politicians are actually doing what democratic leaders do; thinking for the people, not who gets what in bills and laws they create. although I am sure there are a few cowards walking away, for now they just want to survive. All politicians do it, they circle the wagons until it is safe to come out, only in Iraq the politicians are not physically safe. They are being killed. Add that to the punishment of American politicians and they would walk away also.
This isn't even fun anymore, it used to be that writing about Bush was easy, and the jokes were easy; there used to be more people supporting Bush, so in telling jokes it was like busting on 40-50% of the population. Now people have realized that this war really isn't like the first war in Iraq and do not support it as much. Hell - last time there wasn't time to form an opinion, by the time you were done looking at the green glare of the antiaircraft guns firing blindly into the sky, it was over.
But this is how it is when you fight terrorism and not an actual country. If a new terrorist attack occurs between now and the November elections, and I think it will some how, there will be a renewed confidence that the US is doing the right thing by fighting in Iraq, and Bush will be sitting on his porch in Texas picking his nose without one ounce of remorse. And you can be sure that the weak little man will not be cutting brush on his ranch, that stage will be overgrown and the TV cameras gone.
All of this makes me wonder what the Bush Library will look like and contain inside. Baseball cards maybe, or maybe useless stock from his failed oil businesses. Maybe it will be an airplane hanger and the jet he flew onto the carrier deck will be in there as will the sign that reads Mission Accomplished. And Bush will be standing in the corner eating Oreo cookies staring at a jar of formaldehyde on a shelf that contains the part of his brain that actually believed it.
What should be in his library are the pictures of every man woman and child that has been killed on both sides of this war. That is his legacy - Death.
Death of the people in the Trade Centers, persons in the pentagon, and on a plane. Death of thousands of Iraqi people and of US soldiers. The death of limbs of thousands of soldiers and civilians. The death of families who lost members in the war. What else has he accomplished?
